The core of enterprise management is to ensure the stable and sustainable development of enterprises and improve their core competitiveness. Good management can enhance the operational efficiency of enterprises, thereby improving production efficiency. In order to improve the management level of the company and let the company's managers have a deeper understanding of the performance management system, Ningbo Jingda Formal Equipment Co., Ltd. has conducted win-win performance training for middle-level and above cadres. The training started on November 27, 2018. More than 70 cadres and trainees, including Chairman Zheng and General Manager Li, participated in the project. The project is divided into three stages and is expected to be carried out for about one year. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, all colleges have signed the commitment letter of project responsibility, violating the discipline of the meeting and not completing the project in time. Students will voluntarily donate to the Growth Fund.
 
 
 
On March 5, 2019, the first stage came to an end. In this stage, 11 congresses and several small-scale training sessions were held. There are various forms of training sessions, such as centralized teaching, group discussion, homework PK, heart-to-heart sharing, etc. The training sessions share with the participants the contents of organization and post system, performance management system, annual business plan and monthly plan respectively.
 
 
 
At the summary meeting, the award ceremony was held, and the honors of champion team, first, second and third prizes were awarded. In their speeches, the award-winning delegates mentioned that after this consultation and counseling, they have a deeper understanding of performance and will implement the "48 Words Truth Sutra" of win-win performance in the follow-up work.

In their final concluding remarks, Zheng Dong and Li always hoped that the cadres who participated in the training could take the lead, through the performance training, let the company's goals and pressure better pass on to each employee, let all the employees understand that performance appraisal is not the purpose, the significance of the appraisal lies in the improvement of working ability and efficiency, and pass on the performance consciousness of "promotion first, appraisal second" to each employee.
